Addressing space-limited high-density applications including industrial, automotive, medical, and multimedia, the 1.27-mm-pitch Picoflex IDT connector system includes PCB headers, cable connectors, and standard ribbon cable assemblies. It features a highly reliable terminal design, as well as locking and cable strain relief. SMT and SMT-compatible PCB headers are available in high-temperature nylon and polyphthalamide. Seven header options are polarized to the PCB and the female connector. Staggered solder tails with 1.27-mm pitch have 2.54-mm distance between solder-tail rows.
Available in lengths of 6 to 120 cm, four styles of standard cable assembly options are available. The first option features two 90327 connectors in C-style, the second in Z-style, the third features one 90327 connector and one 90584 board-in connector in Z-style, and the fourth, one 90327 receptacle and one 90584 board-in connector in C-style.
