Connectors feature low-profile height and pitch

The BM10 Series FPC-to-board connectors are available with stacking heights of 0.6 and 0.8 mm, a 2.98-mm depth and a 0.4-mm contact pitch. The 40-position connectors feature an enhanced self-alignment mechanism via guidance ribs, with a self-alignment range of 0.3 mm.

The connectors are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. The connectors have metal fittings and a clipping contact designed to provide high PCB retention forces, and dimpled contacts for reliable mating in high-shock environments. (Contact Chris Tubbs for pricing and availability.)
