Controller handles electronic paper display

The S1D13522 EPD controller provides high-performance space-saving control of E Ink’s electronic-paper displays. The IC includes 2 Mbytes of memory and has features that reduce the CPU overhead for EPD applications.

The controller has interfaces for PMIC I/F and panel auto ID read, plus an I2 C thermal sensor, and optional serial flash support. ($20 ea/sample qty — samples available now.)
