The CX92135 4-in-1 multifunction printer controller includes a V.34 software fax modem, eliminating the need for an external modem chip, and a scanner analog front-end. It also features proprietary hardware image pipeline architecture that enables industry-leading image quality.
The IC comes in a 289-ball FPBGA package and is based on a high-performance ARM 32-bit core with a memory management unit. It features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet connectivity, and includes an integrated camera card, one USB 2.0 device port and host port, and an SPI bus.
