The RAC01, RAC02, and RAC03 isolated ac/dc power supply modules feature low standby input currents suited for low-power applications or standby power supplies. The RAC01 and RAC02 offer 1- or 2-W output power from an input voltage of 90 to 265 Vac and draw 30 mW in standby mode. The RAC03 offers 3 W and draws 80 mW in a no-load condition.
Typical applications for the ac/dc converter include low-power supplies for clocks, remote control receivers, microcontroller circuits, wireless control systems. or as relay drivers to switch ac/dc supplies and help them meet green power and Energy Star regulations. They offer 78% efficiency and short-circuit protection for 3.3-, 5-, 9-, 12-, 15- or 24-V outputs. The operating temperature range extends from –25° to 85°C for the RAC01 and from –25° to 80°C for RAC02 and 03 converters. The converters offer 3-kVac isolation, and are CE and UL safety certified.
