The C4700 series 2,500 W dc/dc converter uses industrial-grade components in a 6U module. It targets railway controls and communications equipment, military, and alternative-energy applications, as well as transportation and process control systems.

The series has 200 models, and allows user modifications. Nine standard dc input voltage options range from 10 to 800 Vdc. Ac input models offer one-phase or three-phase options as well as battery-charging models. Single outputs are available in twelve standard ranges from 4.5 to 400 Vdc.
