The AAT1112 and AAT1145 1.-A and 1.2-A constant-frequency current-mode step-down converters require no external compensation components and are available in 3 x 3-mm TDFN packages. The current-mode AAT1112 and AAT1145 enable a Li-ion battery input to a 3.3-V output at full rated current.
