Coplanar T attenuators perform to 20 GHz

Offered on alumina or aluminum nitride substrates to support high-power applications, a line of wire-bondable and solderable coplanar T attenuators provides values from 1 to 20 dB for high-frequency applications up to 20 GHz.

Attenuation tolerance is less than ±0.5 dB (to 12 GHz) and ±1 dB to 20 GHz, while VSWR is less than 1.4:1 to 20 GHz. (Less than $1.90 ea/prod qty—stock to 10 weeks ARO.)
