Cortex-M0 based MCU features CAN, LIN, USB

The NUC240 Cortex-M0 based microcontroller (NUC240VS3AE) runs at up to 72 MHz and features two CAN ports, a LIN port, USB 2.0 full-speed, and up to six 1 Mbit/s UARTs. The chip has 32 to 128 Kbyes of flash and 8 or 16 Kbytes of SRAM, plus a 12-bit A/D converter with 800 ks/s speed.

The IC has a 22.1184 MHz ±3% oscillator and a 10 kHz oscillator for wake-up operations. It also has a 9-channel peripheral DMA, a RTC, up to four 16-bit PWM/capture functions, a unique ID, and support for CRC calculation. Operating temperature is -40° to 105°C. The lower cost NUC230 version does not have a USB port. A dev kit is available.
