Cortex-M0 MCU handles small motor control

The TMPM037FWUG 32-bit Cortex-M0 based microcontroller is designed for small motor control applications – such as in office equipment. It includes a six serial interface channels, an 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter and a 10-channel timer with a programmable pulse generator (PPG).

The device has six interrupt channels, a 128 Kbyte flash ROM, 16 Kbytes of RAM, and 51 I/O ports. The chip also features bit-band processing that supports control of specific bits. It runs from a 2.3 to 3.6 V supply over -40° to 85°C and comes in a LQFP64 package. Samples $2.85 ea.
