Cortex M0+ MCUs have fast A/D, 32 K of flash

The LPC822M and LPC824M Cortex-M0+ based microcontrollers feature 16 or 32 Kbytes of flash, 4 or 8 Kbytes of RAM, and a 1.2-Msample/s A/D converter. The low-cost, low-power (90-µA/MHz) ICs have an 18-channel DMA.

The processors also have a unique ID, up to four I² C ports, two SPI ports, and three UARTs; plus 29 GPIO. They have a -40° to 105°C operation range at up to 30 MHz with a 1.8 to 3.6-V supply, and small TSSOP20 or HVQFN33 packages. Pricing is as low as $0.58 ea/3,000.
