Cortex-M3 based MCU has 1 Mbyte of flash

The TMPM36BF10FG 32-bit microcontroller is based on a Cortex-M3 CPU core and offers 1 Mbyte of flash and 258 Kbytes of SRAM, including 2 Kbytes of backup memory. The MCU has power saving clock gearing and standby modes and dual 16-channel DMA controllers.

  The 64 MHz device operates from 2.6 to 3.6 V and has a 4-channel multi-purpose timer, a RTC, a three-phase PWM, and a 4-channel IGBT control-timer output. It also has a 16-channel 12-bit A/D converter and comes in a 14 × 14 mm LQFP100 package. It costs $6.00 ea/1,000 and production begins in September.
