Cortex-M3-based MCUs have flash, CAN, USB

The LM3S1000/S2000,/S3000/S5000 Cortex-M3-based MCU series includes 30 versions with full-speed USB (OTG, host, or device) and/or two CAN 2.0 type A/B MACs, plus I2 C ports. They use a 50-MHz three-stage pipeline core with the ARM PrimeCell 32-channel configurable μDMA controller.

All derivatives feature 128 Kbytes of single-cycle flash, 64 Kbytes of single-cycle SRAM. and a boot loader in ROM. The ICs have eight motion control PWM channels and up to four fault-condition handling inputs. They come in LQFP64 and LQFP100 packages, operate at –40° to 85°C, implement the Thumb-2 mixed 16-/32-bit instruction-set architecture, and have complete evaluation kits available.
