Cortex M3 based MCUs target motor control

The Z32F128 32-bit microcontroller targets motor control applications and offers cost-effective Cortex-M3 based capabilities with 128 Kbytes of code flash and 12 Kbytes of SRAM. The device has dual 3-phase PWM generators and three 12-bit 1.5 Ms/s A/D converters.

It has a four channel programmable gain amplifier  for the A/Ds, a 16-channel analog multiplexer, four op-amps, and four analog comparators. The MCU has a quadrature encoder counter, four UARTs, two I2 C ports, and dual SPI ports, along with a high current driving port for UART opto-couplers.
