Cortex M4 based MCUs target industrial

The XMC4400, XMC4200, and XMC4100 microcontrollers target industrial applications and use a Cortex-M4 processor. The ICs offer a high-resolution PWM unit with 150 ps resolution and are especially suitable for digital power conversion. They have a floating point unit, a memory protection unit, and a nested vectored interrupt controller.

The MCUs come with 512, 256, or 128 KBytes of 22 ns flash, SRAM up to 80 Kbytes, 12-bit A/D and D/A converters, an Ethernet MAC (C4400), USB 2.0, and CAN interfaces. They operate at 120 or 80 MHz using a 3.3 V supply and have a touch interface and an LED matrix display control. ($1.30 to $6.51 ea/sample qty – samples available now.)
