Cortex-M4F based MCU is small, low cost

The STM32F410 Cortex-M4F based microcontroller features a small package, low-power, and low-cost. The MCU offers up to 128 Kbytes of flash, 512 bytes of OTP memory, and 32 Kbytes of RAM. The chips adaptive real-time acceleration allows zero wait state execution from flash.

Up to nine timers, including a 32-bit/100 MHz unit, are available, as is SPI, I2 C, I2 S and USART I/O, plus an ISO 7816 interface. It has a 16-channel 12-bit A/D, a 12-bit D/A, and is available in UFQFPN48 or LQFP64 packages, or a 2.55 x 2.58 mm 36-bump WLCSP. Supply current, when operating from a 1.7 V supply at 100 MHz, is 17.4 ma. $1.40 to $1.86 ea/10,000. A $14 NUCLEO-F410RB application board is available.
