Cortex-R5 MCUs target automotive displays

The Traveo S6J32BA and S6J32DA microcontrollers target automotive 2-D and 3-D graphics applications. The processors uses an ARM Cortex-R5 core with 1.2 Mbyte of flash, 1 Mbyte of video RAM, enhanced secure hardware extension (eSHE), and a HyperBus interface.

The 200 MHz chips use 5, 3, and 1.2 V power supplies and have a 4COM x 32 SEG LCD controller along with a 50-channel 12-bit A/D converter. The devices also have a sound system with waveform generator, a mixer, a PCM-PWM, an I2S port, and a 16-bit audio D/A converter.  Samples available.
