The cPCI-3620 3U CompactPCI processor blade uses a quad-core 1.9 GHz Atom E384 SoC with 2 Mbyte L3 cache and has up to 4 Gbytes of DDR3L-1333 ECC soldered RAM. The fanless system is compliant with EN50155 and features excellent anti-vibration capabilities, making it well-suited for rolling stock applications such as automatic train control.
The cards operating temperature range is -40° to 70°C (85°C with airflow), and it has EMC/EMI protection, hot-swappability, MIL-STD M12 connectors for GbE ports, and DB-9 USB ports. It has SATA 3G and one 32 Gbyte SSD on a daughter board. There is one VGA port on its faceplate, which is switchable to rear transition module, and a USB 3.0 connection.
