Crystal oscillators address critical apps

Suited for COTS military, aerospace, and industrial applications, the XH7 and XH9 LVCMOS, fixed frequency crystal controlled oscillators operate from 2.5 or 3.3 V and from 40 to 200 MHz. The parts feature frequency stabilities of ±50 and ±100 ppm, a jitter performance of less than 1 ps rms, and temperature ranges from –55° to 125°C and –55° to 85°C.

Housed in a 5.0 x 7.0 mm surface mount packages, the oscillators offer −70-dBc max subharmonics and 3 ppm max perturbations. ($15 ea/large qty — available now.)
