Suited for use in battery-powered applications, the XO22, XO32, XO53, and XO91 crystal oscillator series offer supply voltages from 5.0 down to 1.0 V, enabling current consumption as low as 2.0 mA. The XO22 devices are packaged in 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.9-mm surface-mount packages and offer a frequency range from 0.5 to 75 MHz.
The XO32 devices are housed in 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.95-mm SMT packages with a frequency range from 0.5 to 54 MHz. The XO53 are housed in 5 x 3.2-mm surface-mount packages and offer 1 to 125 MHz, while the XO91 are housed in 7 x 5 x 1.4-mm hermetically sealed packages offering 312.5 kHz up to 160 MHz.
