CSD18532Q5B is a 60-V, N-Channel NexFET™ Power MOSFET

This 2.5 mΩ, 60 V SON 5-by-6-mm NexFET™ power MOSFET is designed to minimize losses in power conversion applications. The CSD18532Q5B may be used for DC-DC conversion and as a secondary side synchronous rectifier.

It can also be used as an isolated converter primary side switch or a motor control. CSD18532Q5B features ultra-low Q_g and Q_gd as well as low thermal resistance. It is Avalanche-rated and RoHS compliant, as well as halogen free. The CSD18532Q5B features Pb-free terminal plating.
