Specified for operation from −55° to 150°C, the LT6107 military plastic grade (MP-grade) high-side current-sense amplifier is guaranteed and tested across the specified temperature range. It is intended to meet the demands of automotive, military, industrial, and other harsh-environment applications.

Features include an offset voltage of 400 μV maximum over temperature, a supply range of 2.7 to 36 V (44 V absolute max), an input bias current of 130 nA max, a PSRR of 106 dB min, and a supply current of 65 μA. The amplifier is gain configurable with two resistors and is housed in an SOT-23 package. (From $2.35 ea/1,000 available now.)
