Current-sense amps cut offset to 30 μV
The TS1100 family of 1-μA current-sense amplifiers cut offset to 30 μV, more than 3x tighter than current industry offerings, according to the company. Available in four gain options from 25 to 200 V/V, the small-form-factor (SOT23-5) low-supply-current operation targets low current, high-side current sensing amplification.
Features include wide input common-mode voltage range from 1.6 to 25 V, and are specified for operation over an extended temperature range of –40° to 105°C. ($0.71 ea/1,000 — available now.)
