Current sensor offers high-speed capability

Suitable for a variety of 50 to 100-A applications, the ACS756 open-loop current sensor offers a 125-kHz bandwidth capability. Features include 3.0 to 5.0-V operation, 20- or 40-mV/A output sensitivity, and 3−μs output rise time in response to step input current.

The ACS756 also provides 0.8% total output error at TA = 25°C, 130-μΩ internal conductor resistance, and 3-kVrms minimum isolation voltage from pins 1-3 to pins 4-5. ($3.16 ea/1,000 — 12 to 14 weeks ARO.)
