Designed for applications where fewer mating cycles are required, the solder-to-board Economy Range series of D-subminiature connectors can handle a minimum of 50 mating and unmating cycles. The series is available in standard density from 9 to 37 positions in straight and right-angle versions, suiting it for PCB environments and indoor applications with an operating temperature of –20° to 105°C.
Right-angle versions are available in two standard footprints: U.S. footprint of 2.84 mm with a connector height of 6.3 mm and European footprint of 2.54 mm with a connector height of 7.2 mm. (Economy D-sub, from $0.40 to $0.50 for a 9 position connector — available now.)
