DAC offers wide operating voltage

The MCP47A1 D/A converter is a volatile, 6-bit digital device used for general purpose applications. It provides 65 taps, through an I2 C interface, including taps to both full-scale and zero-scale, providing additional functionality.

Operating voltage is from 1.8 to 5.5 V, and static current is 90 µA typ. Housed in a 6-pin SC70 package, the part offers an extended temperature range of –40° to 125°C. ($0.42 ea/5,000 — available now.)
