DB520 — The Industry’s First 5A, 200V Schottky Bridge Rectifier In DFS Package

Good-Ark Semiconductor introduces DB520, the industry's first 5A, 200V Schottky Bridge Rectifier in the DFS package. This device performs full-wave rectification with high surge current capability, increased energy efficiency and low VF. Featuring a VRRM of 200V and a low VF (max) of 0.85V @ 5.0A, the DB520 is ideal for LED lighting and power management applications. Packaged in the industry standard DFS package, this device utilizes nearly 60% less board space when compared to four SMC Schottky Rectifiers in a bridge configuration.
