The GX03 ultra-broadband capacitor addresses DC blocking from 16 KHz to 40 GHz with low insertion loss, excellent return loss, and X7R (±15%) stability characteristics. The capacitor comes only in 0.1 μF (±20%) with a 0603 case size.
Rated at 50 Vdc from -55° to +125°C, the device is available with Ni-Sn or Ni-Au terminations. Insertion loss is less than 1 db and cost is approx. $3.29 ea/500.
