The MEE1 series is 1-W single output PCB mounted dc/dc converter designed for industrial, automation and instrumentation applications that require an isolated low-power distributed supply. The converters are 86% efficient and are available in input voltages from 3.3, 5, 12, 15, or 24 Vdc and with output voltages of 3.3, 5, 9, 12 or 15 Vdc.
The dc/dc converters offer 8% increased efficiency from previous earlier versions with a load regulation of 3% across 10 to 100% loads for the 24–Vdc input/15 Vdc output model. The converters offer 1–kVdc isolation. They are available in the industry standard SIP 4–pin and DIP 8–pin pinout formats. The converter isolation allows it to be configured to provide an isolated negative rail in systems where only a positive rail exists. The operating temperature range extends from –40° to +85°C.
