The PowerlinePlus RPPxx-S series of 20 to 50-W dc/dc converters combine techniques to minimize internal heat dissipation and maximize the heat transfer to ambient. They meet the needs of many military, avionics, and high-end industrial applications that require a case temperature operating range of –45° to 120°C, a built-in Class B EMC filter, and protected outputs.
The series consists of the 20–W RPP20-S_D and RPP20-S_DW, the 30-W RPP30-S_D and RPP30-S_DW, the 40-W RPP40-S, and the 50-W RPP50-S converters. The converters have a six-sided shielded enclosure and an integrated heat-sink case. They provide 3-kVdc galvanic isolation and have industry-standard pinouts.
