Dc/dc converters operate to +105C

Single- and dual-output dc/dc converters, designated the UWR and BWR
Series, respectively, accept inputs from 4.6 to 13.2 V. They have an
operating temperature range of -25 degrees to +105C. The
converters are available in 10-W versions measuring 2.1 x 1 x 0.375 in.
and in 20-W versions measuring 2 x 2 x 0.45 in. Output voltages are 3.3,
5, 12, 15, +/-5, +/-12, and +/-15 V. Efficiency is 84%, and power density
exceeds 13 W/in.3 The converters have overvoltage shutdown, a
200-microsecond transient response, and input/output isolation of 500 Vdc
min. (10-W versions, $69 ea/100, 20-W versions, $80 ea/100–stock.)
