Dc link capacitor operates to 1,200 Vdc

The Type 947C film dc link capacitor is designed for dc filtering applications to 1,200 Vdc, such as IGBT power filtering and dc-link inverters that need lower bus capacitance and high ripple current. The capacitor is constructed with segmented metalized polypropylene film technology to handle currents to 72 A at up to 20 kHz.

Capacitance is up to 730 µF at 800 V, 470 µF at 1,000 V, and 320 µF at 1,200 V. (From $35 — 4 to 6 weeks ARO.)
