The model 1747 dual-range dc-power source delivers up to 350-W of power with constant-voltage (CV) and constant-current (CC) modes. It outputs either higher voltage at a lower current range (0 to 60 V, 5 A), or higher current at a lower voltage range (0 to 35 V, 10 A). This new dc power supply is suitable for a wide variety of uses in electronics manufacturing, service and repair, and engineering labs.
The dual-range power supply gives users operational flexibility within voltage and current ranges. Both voltage and current are adjustable with coarse and fine control knobs. Other features include automatic recall of the supply’s last settings on power up, overload, and reverse-polarity protection. An RS-232 interface on the rear enables remote control of the instrument via PC using software or remote commands. ($879 ea — available now.)
