The RAMcheck Plus memory tester for
PC333/PC266/PC200 DDR modules also tests all
common 168-pin SDRAM memory modules. With
optional adapters, it also tests SODIMM cards,
older SIMMs, and chips.
The tester autodetects the module under test's
size, structure, and type. Free Web-based
firmware upgrades are provided, and the tester
comes with software to log and print test
