Debug probe aids fast designs with ARM CPU

I-jet is an in-circuit debugging probe that supports most ARM cores and has seamless integration into the IAR Embedded Workbench IDE. The probe features target power consumption measurement to less than 200 uA and a Hi-speed USB 2.0 interface.

The units JTAG and Serial Wire Debug (SWD) clocks run at up to 35 MHz and it features automatic core recognition. It supports a target voltage range from 1.65 to 5 V and standard MIPI-20 and MIPI-10 JTAG cables are included, as are the ARM-20 (0.1 x 0.1 in) JTAG adapter. The unit is powered entirely by the USB port. ($299 — available April.)
