Depaneling router separates PCB panels

Designed for manually separating PCB panels and producing uniform edges, the FKN R100 benchtop PCB depaneling router suits applications requiring routing rather than punching. The device can also be used as a backup to high-speed programmable routers for short runs, as well as for separating thick backplanes.

Featuring a positioning collet with two fully adjustable guide pins on either side of the router bit, the router cleanly separates the boards along the routing channel path. The device accommodates virtually any size PCB. Standard features include an adjustable spindle speed up to 35,000 rpm, adjustable router bit height, choice of five bit sizes, built-in dust extraction channel, and a safety shield.
