Design environment embeds RF tools
Release 3.6 of the Fastrack design system integrates RF and IC design
tools into a single environment. RF tools embedded in the system include
S-parameter modeling, simulation that supports ac and nonlinear transient
simulation, and large-signal ac analysis. In addition, the product offers
RF-specific data representation and analysis including Smith charts, polar
plots, intermodulation plots, windowed Fast Fourier Transforms, large- and
small-signal distortion analysis, and Noise Figure. Fastrack runs on Sun
Sparc 2 and Sparc 10 workstations. (From $31,000–available August.)
