Dev kit targets field-oriented motor-control

The STM3210B-MCKIT three-phase motor-control development kit is based on an STM32 32-bit flash MCU with a CortexT-M3 core. The chip has dedicated motor-control peripherals, and the design uses less than 30% of CPU resources.

The design performs a complete sensorless vector-control (that is, field-oriented) algorithm for three-phase brushless permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) in less than 25 µs with a code size of less than 16 Kbytes. ($1,129, including a 24-Vdc PMSMavailable now.)
