Dev kit targets Freescale Kinetis

The Kinetis K60 Tower KickStart development kit targets the Cortex-M4 based Freescale Kinetis family of microcontrollers. The kit comes with the K60N512 32-bit MCU, and a serial peripheral module with Ethernet, USB, and CAN interfaces.

The Kinetis K60 MCU module includes capacitive touch pads, SD card slot, 3-axis accelerometer, buttons, and a potentiometer. An additional prototyping module provides a large area where a wide range of applications can be evaluated and target connection is provided by the IAR J-Link Lite for Cortex-M debug probe. Embedded Workbench KickStart and Evaluation editions are included for software development. The KickStart edition has a 32-Kbyte code size limit. ($239 — available now.)
