The ONIX-VU440 board is designed for rapid prototyping and ASIC emulation using the Xilinx Virtex UltraScale XCVU440 FPGA – the largest FPGA available with up to 30 M ASIC gates. The kit supports three modes of operation: desktop standalone mode, PCIe plug-in card mode, and mezzanine module mode, where the card is plugged onto a host board, interconnecting two ONIX boards in a standard 3U rack form-factor.
The flexible kit offers four FMC expansion slots, 26 FPGA 16 Gbits/s GTH serial transceivers, a x8 PCIe Gen3 interface, and a 72-bit DDR4 SODIMM socket. There are four PMOD sockets for off-the-shelf modules and a 1 kHz to 800 MHz programmable PLL. 7 weeks ARO.
