Devices have rail-to-rail input and output
The LMC6482 dual and LMC6484 quad CMOS op amps offer a rail-to-rail input
and output. The rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range is 0 to 5 V
for a +5-V supply; the rail-to-rail output swing is to within 20 mV of the
supply rails with a 100-kohm load. Both the LMC6482 and LMC6484 have a
750-microvolt max offset voltage, a CMRR of 70 dB min, and a bias current
of 20 fA. The devices operate from +3 to +15-V single supplies and are
available in molded 8-pin DIPs and SO packages. (LMC6482, from $1.55 ea/1,
