DFT tool for million-gate IC designs
Aida II is offered as the next-generation design-for-test software
solution for large, complex ASICs, custom ICs, and standard ICs up to and
beyond one million gates in size. The product includes an advanced delay
path algorithm for automatic test generation of synchronous designs,
support for distributed fault grading across a network of engineering
workstations, and a new MOTIF-based user interface. The software runs on
Sun Sparcstation and Sparcserver systems as well as on Hewlett-Packard�s
