Differential oscillators reduce EMI up to 16 dB
Suited for PCIExpress or FB-DIMM applications, the SiT9002AI oscillators enable designers to reduce EMI up to 16 dB and pass compliance testing without lengthy delays, expensive board redesign, or shielding. The parts offer a cycle-cycle jitter of 15 ps and a total frequency stability of ±50 ppm over –40° to 85°C.
Features include a supply voltage of 3.3 or 2.5 V, an output frequency of 100 or 200 MHz (others available upon request), a 0.5% down-spread option, and control pin options of output enable or spread disable. Available in 7.0 x 5.0 x 0.9-mm or 5.0 x 3.2 x 0.75-mm packages, the parts have differential outputs that can be configured to comply with the high-speed current-steering logic (HCSL) specification.
