Digital phase shifter operates to 12 GHz

Operating over 8 to 12 GHz, the 4-bit HMC543LC4B digital phase shifter provides 0º to 360º of phase coverage with LSB of 22.5˙. The device offers an rms phase error of 5˙ and an inserion loss of ±0.8 dB across all phase states.

In addition, the phase shifter is controlled with complementary logic of 0/−3 V and requires no fixed bias voltage. Housed in an RoHS-compliant 4 x 4-mm ceramic leadless SMT package, the part is internally matched to 50 Ω and requires no external components. ($93.91 eachavailable now.)
