Digital scopes minimize user frustration
The Infinium family of digital storage oscilloscopes provides an analog-like
control panel that is used in conjunction with a Windows 95-based graphical-interface
with a built-in information system. Five models in the series offer bandwidths
from 500 MHz to 1.5 GHz, two or four channels, and sample rates to 8 Gsamples/s.
Memory depths range from 32 to 64 Kbytes/ channel.
Control panel features include separate scaling and positioning controls
for each channel, and a 26.8-sq/in. display. In addition to standard trigger
modes, a special trigger IC provides edge, glitch, delay, logic, and video
trigger modes by adding rise, fall, hold, and setup capabilities. A default
setup key is provided for fast reset in multiuser environments. (From $9,995–available
now.)
