DIMM module has DSP, FPGA, flash, SDRAM

The MityDSP-Pro processor module integrates a Texas Instruments 1.2-GHz C6455 DSP, a Xilinx XC3S2000 Spartan 3 FPGA, flash and DDR2 SDRAM memory subsystems, and includes support for four 1x Serial Rapid I/O links. The card comes with a standard SO-DIMM-200 interface and uses 3.3-V power.

The customizable module has 16 Mbytes of NOR flash and a 10/100 Ethernet port. Its FPGA has 300-MHz clock logic and 720 Kbits of block RAM. ($1,295 ea/100available now.)
