DIN-rail supplies target industrial apps

The ADN-C series three-phase DIN-rail-mounting power supplies feature two compact 24-Vdc outputs, the ADN20-24-3PM-C and the ADN40-24-3PM-C versions. They target heavy-duty industrial applications, such as large inductive loads — including machine control, semiconductor fabrication, conveyor and material-handling systems. They operate from 320 to 540-Vac input and from a 450 to 760-Vdc input. The power supplies provide typically 94% efficiency. They can accommodate phase loss, automatically shutting down if thermal thresholds are exceeded.

Both DIN-rail supplies produce a single 24-Vdc output that is user adjustable up to 28 Vdc. The output is regulated to within ±2% for typical line, load, and temperature conditions, and ripple is held to less than 100 mVp-p. The ADN20-24-3PM-C is rated at 480 W and the ADN40-24-3PM-C at 960 W. The power supplies can deliver up to 20 and 40 A, respectively. Each power supply can also easily be paralleled for higher-current operation using a front-panel switch. The supplies have a nominal full-load operating temperature range of –25° to 60°C without derating. (Contact company for price and availability.)
