Ideal for WLAN (802.11 b/g) and Bluetooth applications in the 2.4 to 2.5 GHz frequency range, the SKY13345-368LF and SKY13385-460LF discrete silicon-on-insulator, SP3T switches are designed for compatibility with chipsets that maintain linearity at 1.8-V logic. The parts offer a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB at 2.45 GHz and a broad frequency range from 0.1 to 3.5 GHz.

In addition, no external dc blocking capacitors are required. Provided in a QFN 2 x 2 mm package, the switches also offer a isolation of 32 dB at up to 2.45 GHz.(Contact company for pricing and availability)
