Controllable with proprietary SCS software on a Windows XP, the SCS Precisioncoat RTV coating and dispensing system enables the application of room-temperature vulcanization materials such as adhesives and sealants for protecting components against vibration, extreme temperatures, moisture, salts, electricity, and other harmful elements. The software is fully programmable, precise, and repeatable.
The system provides reliable bead control and accurate application, resulting in reduced material use. The standard configuration applies coatings on a three-axis system, and fourth and fifth axes can be added for tilt angles up to 45 or 360 rotation functionality.
