Distribution agreement expands Orion Fans' reach in OEM markets
Orion Fans and Heilind Electronics Partner to Provide Thermal Management Products for the Electromechanical Component Market
DALLAS, TX – (October 19, 2011) – Dallas-based Orion Fans, a division of Knight Electronics Inc. and leading manufacturer of standard and custom AC and DC fans, trays and accessories, has announced a distribution agreement with Heilind Electronics (Wilmington , MA), the largest interconnect distributor in North America. The agreement with Orion Fans enables Heilind to expand its product offering in the cooling fan, fan tray and accessories market to better serve their extensive customer base.
Heilind Electronics currently has 22 branches and five warehouses throughout North America, and Orion Fans' broad range of AC-DC fans and accessories, including the most comprehensive fan tray offering in the industry, will be marketed through Heilind's engineering-oriented sales team.

Most models of Orion Fans' products are now available for immediate shipment from Heilind's central stocking location in Ohio.
